CANCELLATION POLICY
A quick reminder about my no-child policy To help keep the studio clean, relaxing, and enjoyable for everyone, I have a no-child policy for children under 13. If childcare falls through, please reach out before your appointment. In rare circumstances, I may be able to accommodate one quiet, well-behaved child if they can sit calmly for the duration of your service. Please do not bring multiple children, noisy children, or food into the studio. This is a professional space designed to be peaceful, sanitary, and a chance for my clients to enjoy uninterrupted self-care. If these policies aren’t respected, I reserve the right to decline future appointments and block future bookings. Thank you for helping me maintain the calm, elevated experience that all of my clients deserve. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation! I value my clients and strive to maintain a reliable schedule. To ensure all clients have the opportunity to book and receive services with as much lead time as possible, I uphold the following cancellation policy: • Cancellation Window: Please provide at least 8 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client and ensures availability for everyone. If an appointment is canceled within 8 hours of the scheduled time, a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost will be applied. This policy allows me to avoid requiring a deposit fee at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.
