CANCELLATION POLICY

I operate from a private, air-purified studio inside Envy-Us Nail Salon. If you have any sensitivities, please let me know in advance so I can accommodate you! I value my clients and strive to maintain a reliable schedule. To ensure all clients have the opportunity to book and receive services with as much lead time as possible, I uphold the following cancellation policy: • Cancellation Window: Please provide at least 8 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client and ensures availability for everyone. If an appointment is canceled within 8 hours of the scheduled time, a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost will be applied. This policy allows me to avoid requiring a deposit fee at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.
